We provide discretionary managed account services, meaning we manage capital on behalf of investors within pre-agreed mandates and strategy parameters, rather than offering generic funds or unsolicited advice.
Each investor account is managed under a formally documented mandate, with defined strategy parameters, reporting obligations, and capital governance procedures. All performance data is reported at the account level through our secure investor portal.
Who We Serve
Our offering is designed for sophisticated investors who understand the nature of managed CFD and multi-asset strategies (including the associated risk of capital loss) and who value structured, professional investment management over unregulated or informal arrangements.
We work with both South African residents (through our licensed South African entity) and international investors (through our offshore entity). The applicable structure, regulatory framework, and investor protections differ between these pathways and are clearly communicated during onboarding.
