Broker & Execution Disclosure

Last updated: 2026-03-27

1. Role of the Broker

Veridion Capital Management manages investor mandates through third-party broker platforms. The broker is responsible for trade execution, account custody, and margin management. Veridion provides investment management direction, oversight, monitoring, and investor reporting; we do not act as a broker or hold client funds directly.

2. Broker Relationships

Strategies are currently operated through the following broker platform(s):

  • MetaTrader 5 Prime Broker (Pilot)

Broker selection is based on execution quality, platform capabilities, and regulatory standing. Material financial arrangements with brokers, including any commission or fee-sharing arrangements, are disclosed below or on request.

3. Introducing Broker / Referral Arrangements

Client assets remain at designated third-party broker; Veridion acts under managed-account mandate authority only.

4. Execution Policy

Veridion Capital Management instructs trading on managed accounts through the applicable broker platform. Trade execution is carried out by the broker in accordance with its own execution policy and terms. Veridion monitors execution quality on an ongoing basis and addresses material execution concerns through its broker oversight process.

5. Counterparty Risk

Client capital is held in accounts with the applicable broker. There is an inherent counterparty risk associated with the broker holding your funds. Veridion does not guarantee the financial soundness of any broker platform. Investors should ensure they understand the broker's account protection, regulatory status, and applicable investor protection schemes (if any) before investing.

6. Broker Fees and Spreads

Broker fees, spreads, commissions, and swap charges applied to positions within managed accounts are charged by the broker and may affect net strategy performance. These costs are in addition to any management or performance fees charged by Veridion. Applicable broker fee structures are disclosed during onboarding.

7. Account Access

Investor accounts on the broker platform are set up under a Power of Attorney or Limited Power of Attorney arrangement that grants Veridion trading authority over the managed account while the investor retains read-only access and ownership of the account. The specific account structure is confirmed in the managed account mandate.
