South African Services: Investment management services for South African residents are provided through Veridion Capital Management (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2026/355782/07), which is in the process of being appointed as a Juristic Representative under a Category II (Discretionary FSP) licence in terms of the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act, 2002 (FAIS Act). Once this appointment is finalised, financial services will be rendered under the supervision of the principal Financial Services Provider, regulated by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) of South Africa, with the applicable FSP number to be confirmed on finalisation of this appointment. The Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA) applies to personal information processed in connection with these services.
International / Offshore Services: Offshore and international investment management services are offered through Veridion Capital Management Ltd, registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines with registration number 26011 BC 2024. These services are not provided under the oversight of the FSCA or any equivalent regulatory body unless explicitly stated. Regulatory protections applicable under South African law do not automatically apply to offshore services. Eligibility depends on the investor's country of residence, applicable local laws, and completed onboarding review.
